Scan Active Mux

Dear All ,

Thanks for great project tvheadend ..

i have active mux with 16 streams on 10815H :

i can't do do scan on same active mux .. and stillPEND in scan status :

i hope add ability to scan active mux.

* I have 2 Idle Input ports for SCAN. Thanks

I asked same few times, even if free tuner have same network it not scan it.
