Doozer PPA seems to be crawling

Currently at ~70% with 4,133 kB/12.8 MB 32% for the last 20ish minutes with several restarts.

Finally installed, going to configure, but that was painful for a 12.8 MB file. ;)

So now after about two weeks the previously working package installation seems to have gone berserk.

I noticed something a bit confusing and possibly critical:
