Problem with registration

Hi,

I've some problem for registration in forum. When I use Chrome, the captcha did not appear.
When I use Internet explorer 10 I've some problem.
- First, when access the registration page there is a security problem:

- When I click on Send I've a internal error:

- Finally the registration is ok...
