TVHeadend on a Synology DS218Play

Hi, I installed TVHeadend on a Synology DS218play but it doesn't see my TT-Connect CT2-4650 CI DVB-C tuner.

I have another Synology DS414 on which I run TVMosaic and the same tuner is visible.

Any help is welcome
