Which TV Client

I have set up TVH on Rpi. I have a few smart TVs around the house. What are your recommendations for stream from TVH to these TVs. Ideally it would be great to set and view recordings via these TVs.

Need to add two links inside
http:/tvh-io-or.dns:9981/playlist/channels
or with tags if you need/use
http:/tvh-io-or.dns:9981/playlist/tags/channels

for live tv

and
http:/tvh-io-or.dns:9981/playlist/recordings

for recorded content

Allow local network to access without credentials

p.s.
there is a way to use EPG by installing
"HLS-PROXY" and add
http:/tvh-io-or.dns:9981/xmltv/channels

So to make sure I understand. I just add those links into SS IPTV and I don't have to modify the TVH?

Ok. So i have installed SS-IPTV to my LG webos TV. Inter the content menu I have added to the two streams you recommended. But when I open them the screen is blank.

Do you disable authentication for your local network?

Also this is playlists not a streams.

How do I dissable authentication. I looked in config/users. I have two users by the looks of it with * for username. Both have full streaming rights. Is there a menu somewhere dissable authentication. I can't seem to find it.

I have got SS-IPTV to work for channels. Just going to try a channel for recordings.

Interestingly the problem seemed to be with SS-IPTV. When I entered the stream into local source it didn't work. I then entered it under external source and it found the live TV streams fine.

Thanks for your help. Will try the recordings playlist next.

I have added the recordings stream. I can see on SS-IPTV that the recordings are there but when I try to play it says unable to play :(

Sorted. Just needed add recording viewing permission to anonymous user.

Is it possible to schedule a recording via SS-IPTV. I notice if you click on a future program on the program guide a timer icon appears, but that time doesn't appear in TVheadend.

I'm currently using Kodi + TVH add-on to watch TVH recordings.
