"http server settings" Tab is missing

Hi,

i am trying to get Openhab to send me notifications about finished recordings.

I have troubles to get the informations from grid-finished.

I was told that i should switch option "configuration" to Both plain and digest

"in tvh MUSS aber die option "konfiguration" -> "allgemein" -> "basis" -> "http server settings" -> "Authentication type" IMMER auf "Both plain and digest" gestellt sein."

I can't find this tab in my installation

viewmode "Expert"

HTS Tvheadend 4.2.4-dmo1~bpo9+1~rpt1

Could you please help me with this?
