Help! signal loss after a few days randomly

Hi guys. I have a raspberry 4 and I purchased this usb stick https://www.augustint.com/it/productmsg-329-52.html. I managed to install and configure for tvheadend viewing and it worked for about 3 days. Gradually, however, the signal began to become weaker and weaker until it completely disappeared. The strange thing is that now if I do a search by starting the original Wizard, I can only see 37 channels (before they were almost 200). I state that in the DVB Adapter screen I see the USB stick correctly. Can you help me? PS I also tried to turn the raspberry's power off and on but the result does not change.

What are you using as an antenna?

I would look to see what facilities are available to measure signal strength and start there.

honestly i can't go on the terrace because of the lockdown here in italy. Anyway, I will do it as soon as possible. even if I write that the problem is not very due to the antenna because if I connect the cable to a classic TV I see all the channels ...

State if signal locked is SCVYL: * SIGNAL — found something above the noise level * CARRIER — found a DVB signal * VITERBI — FEC (forward error correction) is stable * SYNC — found sync data * LOCK — signal locked * signal — signal level * snr — signal-to-noise ratio * ber — bit error rate. important for determining the reception quality * unc — uncorrected blocks. also as an ber, shows reception quality

Is LNA activated on tuner?

Signal is not good maby antena have been used by birds as tree;)

Or is pointed somewere else. or cable is compromised.

In Rome I have 270+ channels if i point to most powerful transliter there was 3 in this area.

I have the same type of tuner as you. The above is not a good indication of signal strength, these USB devices need a stronger signal than most TV's.

I found when I was setting up that I could plug in a TV and the picture looked good, but the signal strength from the USB tuner was very poor. I ended up installing a better antenna in a better location, and using a distribution amplifier [ I was feeding antenna to several rooms, plus a 1 to 3 splitter to feed 3 tuners - you shouldn't need an amplifier if you're just feeding straight to your tuner].

If you had good signal that got worse, you'll need to check from the antenna itself, all of the connectors, and the cable. I have seen good signal go bad because mice chewed the cable in the attic.
