extjs.html blocked by ISP

I have port forwarded the default tvh port and everything used to work fine till yesterday today i cant access Ip:port/extjs.html (i get "ERR_CONNECTION_CLOSED") i can however download m3u using IP:port/playlist/channels.m3u

i checked this with my friend to who is on the same ISP and even he cant access it i cant access the webpage on ISP ISP too when tvh is hosted on the ISP that's blocking it.

is there any other way to interact with tvh without opening IP:port/extjs.html to set up my recordings and maybe even download those recordings directly like before

i just checked and stream/mux/ stream/channelid/ /stream/service/ maye i could try chaning port and checking since i'm using docker image on synology nas not exactly sure how to do it but will look into it
