I just installed TVH Build: 4.2.8 (2019-02-22T18:14:37+0000) on my Synology DS216+ (running DSM 6.2.2-24922 Update 4). The tuner is a Hauppauge Nova-T stick which TVH sees as aDiBcom 7000PC #0 : DVB-T #0.
All seems ok - the channels load, I get an EPG, and I can watch live TV through the web interface. However, when I try to record a program (via the web interface) the recording starts but the file will not save - I get a failed recording with a file missing error.

The path to the folder is "/volume1/video/recordings" which is in the default recording profile. I have checked the permissions in control panel for the shared video folder and the recordings sub-folder and both sc-tvheadend AND sc-media have read & write access to both.
What else can I check?
As an aside I have Synology Video Station running and trying to record using the synology web app also fails.
