HDHomeRun Connect + TBS5880 for paid DVB-T?

Hello,
I have latest tvheadend 4.3 and TBS5880 with Irdeto CAM and HDHomeRun Connect Quatro.
When I use TBS5880 tuner, paid channels are working correctly.
But when I disable TBS5880 tuner, leave enabled only CA module and use HDHomeRun tuners, only free channels are working.
Is it somehow possible to use HDHomeRun with paid channels in tvheadend?

I tried also different USB tuners but descrambling is not working too, only with tuner directly from TBS5880.. So no way to get it to work?

Oh thanks for valuable information.
Can you recommend me some supported hardware for this? Or where can I find some compatibility list or something?
For example I found this "TBS6900 DVB Dual CI PCI-E Card" which has no tuners, so will it work for example with USB tuners in tvheadend?

I just ordered "Octopus Twin CI" and "Max M4" so I hope it will work :D
