internal error when adding a comment

Whenever I try and add a comment, I get an error... but, the comment does actually get added. This is what I see.

I am on a dual ipv4/ipv6 stack if that helps; I have seen forums which have broken access control lists and barf when faced with ipv6.

I didn't get an error when starting a new thread.

oh. odd, I didn't get the error when I commented on my own thread.

I got internal error when clicked New message in the forum and then clicked save.
I had to type in just some simple characters as subject and text then save and then open and edit again and type my whole text. Maybe my text first had some extra characters from different character set or some character combinations ?
