Have checked a bit about this, because i have several users.
I have two xbmc in each living room attached to tv, and 4 normal pc's all connected to tvheadend.
All users do not have the same access to movies, the children do not have access to movies for adults due to the age.
But when they add a recording, it should be possible to watch the recording in the living room.
Or the other way around, if i start a recoring in my living room i would much like to be able to watch it at my other tv set later that day.
I have added different users for each player, because it is much easier to find if there is some errors with each separat user(unit).
If im at work, and add a recording, im not shore yet where i'll watch.
And it is not a good ide to have all users have the same username, due to other accounts and personal areas on my server.
I was hoping it would be possible to maybe ease up a bit on the acces controll to the recordigs or maybe add checkboxes to witch users would have acces to the recording (only apply to webui) or if it would be possible just to say that if a user is aloud to record then all recordings would be available.
In the file system all recordings are ovned by root and root group, so the access to the recordings are handled by tvheadend.
