TvHeadend - different IPTV playlist per user?

Hello,

I have an issue where I need to add 18 different users but my IPTV playlist only supports 3 simultaneous streams. So I need to add the same channels but from 6 different m3u playlists (6lists * 3streams=18 total streams for 18 users).

Question: how do I do that in the easiest and fastest possible way?

So, My plan was to add 6 different IPTV networks and scan all the programs and somehow separate the channels, as there will be 6 of them the same, with tags then, in some way, assign tags per user. But I have a feeling that there is a smarter way,

Set tags to channels then to users,
or map just 3 channels from playlist.
