can someone from the admin team help here please?
I have created an account using my 'normal' email address, but cannot get the site to successfully send me a verification email...it says it is sent but never arrives.
It's not sitting in spam, it just doesn't appear at all.
I've created this account on my backup email as I had a question I needed to ask, but I'd prefer to be using the correct account.
I can't change the email on this account to my normal address, as I'm told it's already taken.
Happy to supply details directly as required to get this resolved (but obviously don't want to be publishing them to one and all).
