Getting Episode information on EPG

Hi,

I'm new to using TVHeadend on the Raspberry Pi TV HAT. All is well but when trying to record episodes with the episode number in the title it was blank and then noticed there was no episode information on Episode column on EPG. I've read many different posts but am getting nowhere. Is there something obvious I need to enable before it will capture this information. Any pointers or advice would be much appreciated.

SeeEpg grabber modules tab, there areScrape behaviour.

Thanks for your reply, I'm struggling to see anything referring to Scrape behavior under the epg grabber modules? To scrape the episode info is it a script that runs over the EPG to extract them? Does it matter if using internal, external or OTA?
