Easy way to install Tvheadend on ubuntu?

Now that it is not possible to use repository, I have tried to use the DEB file
https://doozer.io/artifact/jzuxb68bbu/tvheadend_4.3-1480~gddfbf1488~cosmic_i386.deb Now it's not easy to just run the dpkg -u deb file as it also needs lots of other files.
I look at this address https://tvheadend.org/projects/tvheadend/wiki/Building

and I did install all those file that was in the page but still that is alot of files that missing.

Is that any list that I can copy and run a install to make so I can install the deb file to test this software?
