Error: TVheadend HTSP Client no free adapter available

I might have had this problem for a while as I don't tend to watch these channels via Kodi, but when i try to change to channels on Muxes one of 4 my four tuners isn't already tuned to I get the error

Error: TVheadend HTSP Client no free adapter available

I've checked in status/stream and I can only watch channels on a stream a tuner is already connected to. Any idea what's wrong? Luckily the channels my wife watches are tuned, so she isn't aware yet I think.

I'm running the linuxserver default docker and a TBS6205 watching Freeview in the UK. Happy to post debug logs etc if someone can tell me where to find.

Are four tuners enabled in same network?
How many client do you have in same time including recording?
With version of TVH you use?

All same network. Clients connected usually 1 maybe 2. I'm using 4.2.6-16~g42e737f28.

It's weirder than I thought. I'm connected to https://ukfree.tv/transmitters/tv/Sandy_Heath - For the 522MHz mux I can watch BBC Parliement, but if I try the other channels I get no free adapter available even though they are found in TVH's scan.

Do you try to clean "fake" services with
Settings > dvb input > Services > Maintenance

Never done that before and when I click on the maintenance option both items had red cirles on. I clicked on both as I assume that does a manual clean?
