timeshift problem

I am using Kodi/Openelec 8.04 on a raspi as frontend to tvheadend.
It seems to run quite well, but I have a problem with timeshift:
If I press pause on a live-stream and the press play a few seconds later.
The stream resumes but the stops again after about 1 to 2 seconds.
No way to have it continue.
Any idea what might be the reason or do I have to configure something.
BTW timeshift works on the tvheadend server (http-stream).

And it worked on Kode/Openelec 7.

It appears I had an issue with the permissions in the recordings-directory on the server.

Wolfgang,

I suspect i have the same issue but with dvr recording path setting. What recordings-directory are you referring to? Are you talking about permissions with configuration files?
