Added channels dont' show up in Kodi 17 or 18

I'm using latest TVH 4.2.4 with Kodi 17 and 18. I'm using IPTV with m3u files and the majority of my channels came in and are working nice. I had a handful where the channel wasn't created even though the mux/service was created. So I manually create the channel, it assigns the EPG and I assign the service. The EPG on these channels work and i'm able to schedule and record show off them. But the channels I added do not show up in Kodi 17 either in the channel list or guide.

Wondering if anyone has any idea why?

Actually let me correct myself. I started a recording on one of the added channels with TVH. I got the notice in Kodi that the recording had started. But when I try to go to the recordings tab, Kodi crashes. Now of course that is a Kodi bug but I still don't know why kodi wouldn't show the channels. Could I have not added them properly?

Do you have a Kodi log? Have you posted that on the forums?
