Astra 19.2E - 11302.75H Scan fails

hello,

i'm running tvheadend 4.2.4-21~gd31c142 on ubuntu server 16.04 with one tevii s480.

both hd and encrypted astra 19.2E channels work flawless, but for an indispensable scanning fails:

11302.75H 22000000 PSK/8 2/3 (predefined)

services are created, but:
-channel names are empty
-the service names are right (e.g. ORF 1 HD)
-"Enable Encryption" is not ticks

-the m3u for the service isn't working with vlc

what are possible reasons for a failing scan on a specific transponder and how can i fix this problem?

are you using the predefined muxes for astra 19.2e?

There is only one predefined transponder with not work,
add new transponder and enable NIT.

where do i find the "NIT"-setting? i couldn't find such a setting while editing a mux...
