Looks like from 4.2.4.x server, some channels are disappeared from the channel list in kodi when using the tvheaded addon.
Via other addon with (Simple PVR, m3u) or via the tvheadend addon for live TV channel (androidTV) the channels are in the list.
What can that be? Did allready a clear data in pvr settings and it is on more than 1 clients / users.

Are you using an Automatic IPTV network with m3u files? If so, everytime the m3u changes, the Mux that represents the changed or removed link is disabled, a new mux is created for the new/changed link, and a new device needs to scanned for that mux and assigned to a channel.

I use Automatic IPTV network, but (always the but) .. The channels are working if I use not the kodi tvheadend addon.
