Using external xml file

Hi all,

I have been searching for a solution to this but i can across so many thing i'm not sure how to do it.

I have an url to the epg xml file from my provider (Ace-tv) but i have not idea how to use it in tvheadend.

I was able to use scheduledirect for a month but i would rather use the one from ace-tv that has all the channels.

Is there any tutorial or post or anything that would have the steps to accomplish this?

TvHeadEnd is installed on a Ubuntu headless server latest version fully up-to-date and i am a noob when it comes to linux :)

If it's an xmltv formatted file you can use something like "tv_grab_file" to insert the data into tvh.

It is an xmltv formatted file, now i just have to figure out how to use tv_grab_file.
