It's a case of triggering [Doozer] again so that they build without the dirty tag & things should go back to normal, but I don't have permission to do it.
I think there were two problems that occurred.
# The bintray clean-up worked a little too well or bugged somewhere.
# Some of the uploaded packages were marked dirty but somehow got published causing upgrade issues, and were later removed by the clean-up. Even now I can see one "dirty" package remaining.
I'm looking into maybe mirroring the bintray repo somewhere else but have it delayed by a few hours. -I'll also setup Doozer to provide builds (to bintray) from my fork as a backup (which is just like the main tvh git anyway)- See below.

@Davide, change "stable-4.2" to "release-4.2". You'll be able to use stable-4.2 once the issues have been resolved.
EDIT:
I've now configured Doozer to build and push to my Bintray repo as a backup, it [my repo] now supports all the same packages as the main tvh repo plus Raspbian (Jessie/Stretch), Debian Sid and some newer Ubuntu flavours built by Travis-CI!
