Won't scan for muxes

My hdd died, so I'm having to install everything from scratch, but all the other hardware is the same. For some reason I can't get the system to scan the network(s) for muxes. When I try to use the wizard, the scan progress goes to 100% immediately. When I select to force scan (ATSC-C and ATSC-T) nothing happens. In the log I just get:

I'm running LibreELEC 7.03 on a R.Pi 3. The Tvheadend backend is 4.2. The TV device is Hauppauge WinTV-HVR-955Q but the web interface gives LG Electronics LGDT3306A VSB/QAM Frontend : ATSC

1) Make sure tuners are enabled & have a network.
2) Check that the muxes are valid, avoid using the pre-defined muxes as they can be out of date and often fail.

3) Even though a scan hasn't started you can test if the muxes are working by playing one in VLC (Use the play link/icon url for a mux - shown in the muxes tab).

The attempt to play a mux should output the reasons for failure (if any) in the log (Open the bottom bar in the webui).

The tuners are enabled and have networks, but the mixes don't even exist, so they can't be valid. No fear about using the predefined mixes, as those combo boxes were blank anyway

Then you need to manually add them, generally you only need to add one, it usually finds the rest.

Oh. Well I made a couple. As you can see, it didn't work so well. I also tried pushing "play", but it never played anything.

0Mhz isn't a valid frequency! what are you entering?

I just left it as 0. When it worked before, the frequencies it chose were not what I expected. What frequency/ies should I use?

You need to look online for the frequencies in your area, something like "ATSC frequencies Watercreek, Los Angeles". Obviously replace Watercreek, Los Angeles with your nearest town/city or even use zip code. You select ATSC-C if using cable, ATSC-T is for OTA (Over the air, an antenna attached to your property).

Real channel 13 has a strong signal in my area, so going from https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/North_American_television_frequencies#Broadcast_television I used 211.25MHz and 210.31MHz with ATSC-T but it made no difference. But like I said before, the last time it worked it used frequencies I didn't expect.

And it seems that for the ATSC-T network, I have the option of using ATSC-T as the "delivery system", but also ATSCM-H. Choosing that doesn't change anything
