Howto turn off usage of picon from xmltv source?

Hi,

i am customer of honeybee.it he offers payed customized xmltv feeds.

Everything is working well except the channel icons, it seems that tvh forcing me to use the xmltv feed's channelicon if present in the feed.

Since they are for the honeybee.it ressource it will set all my channellogos to the feed's address.

The picons used in the feed are smaller and not so beautiful like the ones i have locally.

Howto tell tvh not to use the xmltv feed's channellogo urls? I like to use the xmltv feed while using my local picons, is that possible?

For the most part I have no idea what you are talking about, but anyway if in TVHeadend you go to the Configuration tab and then the Channels/EPG tab, you will see a list of all your channels and one of the columns is called User Icon. If you double click on a User Icon link you can change it to use a different one, or if you want your clients (such as Kodi) to supply the icons then just remove the picon reference completely (note you will probably need to enter a single space character; if you just remove the existing link without replacing it with something it won't get changed, but just using a single space character works). After making the change click elsewhere on the page (could be the next item you want to change if there are more than one) and a red triangle should appear next to the changed field, that indicates a PENDING change, which is not actually saved until you click the Save button (just above the Play column header). Do not leave the page without clicking Save or you will lose all your changes!

Hmm i explained as well as i could. Ok again...
When you are using xmltv for epg and this source contains a channellogo it overrides the local channellogo and you have no chance to turn this off.

This means i cannot use my local channellogos because it will be always overriden by the xtmlv channellogo source.

The question was howto turn forced using of xmltv channellogo off.

Since this option is totally missing in tvh i asked the developer of the xmltv source and he added an option to turn the including of channellogos in the xmltv feed off.
