Hi all
I have successfully set up tvheadend as an SAT>IP Server (actually more correctly DVB-C>IP server) for a second tvheadend system. The system(s) successfully found 49 muxes of which 47 are successfully scanned for services. One other seems not to have any services, but with one of the muxes I have a problem.
Automatically generated was a mux with 410 MHz, symbol rate of 6900 k and a QAM64 modulation. This is according to my Samsung TV finding 4 services on this mux wrong. It should be 410Mhz, 6900 k and QAM 256. So it is expected that a scan of the mux for services ends with fail status.
No problem I thought, I changed the mux manually to QAM256, scanned again and the system finds the expected 4 servicesbut then changes the mux back to QAM64. As the mux UID is saved in the service, I can not tune to the found services. Also, the next manual scan for the services leads to FAIL as result.
The relevant part of the tvheadend log looks like this:
2016-11-20 14:05:57.066 mpegts: 410MHz in upc - tuning on Sundtek DVB-C (III) : DVB-C #0
2016-11-20 14:05:59.166 subscription: 0004: "scan" subscribing to mux "410MHz", weight: 6, adapter: "Sundtek DVB-C (III) : DVB-C #0", network: "upc", service: "Raw PID Subscription"
2016-11-20 14:06:01.797 mpegts: mux 410MHz in upc changed from DVBC/ANNEX_A freq 410000000 sym 6900000 mod QAM/256 fec AUTO
2016-11-20 14:06:01.797 mpegts: mux 410MHz in upc changed to DVBC/ANNEX_A freq 410000000 sym 6900000 mod QAM/64 fec 3/5
2016-11-20 14:06:09.558 mpegts: 410MHz in upc scan complete
2016-11-20 14:06:09.558 subscription: 0004: "scan" unsubscribing
(This is from the tvheadend SAT>IP server)
So my questions: How can I prevent tvheadend from changing the mux or make it find the correct mux right from the beginning?
Thanks in advance
