Hi, Is anybody using the IDL400 with it's manufactures firmware version V1.25.0.157

I though I'd give it a crack before tying perexg's firmware.
Been good for a week and then it baulks a tuning saying its out of streams.

Should jump ship to the thaumaturgist Perexg?

I used the stock firmware for a few days on my Telestar Digibit R1 then went to Perexg's firmware because I can't resist a custom firmware!

Never been forced to reboot the box once. Reboots have only been to upgrade firmware or because I've needed to turn the box off for other reasons. Months of consistent uptime, watching/recording multiple channels. All 4 tuners in use etc.

It is without a doubt the best purchase I've made when it comes to DVB/Satellite equipment.

Thanks for the reply Anthony. I have jumped ship. Good to see working SNR figures.

I agree the IDL400s seems to be a good bit of kit, the two Technisat skystar tuners have worked well up to now but four tuners is a real help with the schedules.
