Definitive how to HDHR TVH and PVR Kodi

Anyone know of one that is actually up to date? Installed Kodi last night, got TVH up, running and configured. Now, how to I display the guide in Kodi, and what add-on do I use to be the PVR? Is this installed on the same machine, or is it installed on the client? Still trying to translate how Plex works to how Kodi works.

TVHeadend can be on the same or different machines.

In Kodi
* System > Add-Ons > My add-ons > PVR Clients > TVHeadend HTSP Client
* Configure > Put your settings in (if it's on the same machine the defaults will likely work)
* Enable it
From the Kodi home screen again
* System > TV
* Change settings level to Expert
* Ensure "Use channel order from backend(s)" and "Use channel numbers from backend" are checked
* Go to Enabled and check it
On the Home screen there should now be a "TV" and "Radio" option from where you can open the guide
