Blank EPG in Kodi

Hi, I'm just trying to set up TVH on my new RPi 3. In Kodi, I can see the TV channels and recordings but the EPG is completely blank. However, on the TVH web GUI, the EPG is populating the EPG tab, using OTA grabbers!

In the Configuration/Channels display, there are no entries in the EPG Source column, and there are no entries if I click the column and bring up the drop down arrow. The EPG Grabber Channels tab is also blank, and I have clicked "Trigger OTA EPG Grabber".

Anyone have any suggestions please?

Details:
Running LibreElec 702, TVH 4.2, Kodi 16.1 using a Hauppage DVB-T tuner.
Web GUI shows 3 EPG grabber modules enabled (EIT: dvb grabber, opentv: sky UK and UK: freeview)
Kodi options:
Prevent updates during playback: disabled
Don't cache in local database: disabled

Asynchronous EPG transfer: disabled

I've tried toggling all the kodi options, rebooting, and clearing the data several times.

Just for the heck of it - try enabling the cache in local database and reboot. Shouldn't be necessary...but I've seen weirder things.

Thank you for your suggestion Jay, actually the problem is solved -I gave up and started installing another PVR!

As part of doing that, I disabled both the tvh client and back end.
When I hit a snag with the new PVR, I re-enabled both parts expecting to just be able to watch TV, and I saw the EPG get displayed!! Have now rolled back the partial install of the new software and very happy with the OTA EPG:-)
