Changelogs of upgrades

I am using bintry repository for Debian Jessie unstable.

Is it possible to know the changelog of the upgrades?

I have 4.1-2141~g01c26fc~jessie and I am going to upgrade to 4.1-2146~gb536cdb~jessie.
