I have got a Wetek Play with DVB-C/T2 tunner flashed with OpenELEC in the NAND.
I use TVH in my PC with a TBS6221 to watch my DVB-C Annex B (J.83 B) provider without any problem... but with Wetek Play using exactly some config it didn't lock signal. I asked in Wetek and OpenELEC forum without responses. THe mail support of Wetek Play said the problem could be TVH... I don't think so.
I'm using OpenELEC 6.95.3 and here is the log:

For example:
Delivery System: DVBC/ANNEX_B
Frequency: 375000000
Symbol Rate (Sym/s): 5360000
Constellation:
QAM/256
FEC: AUTO
