Build new IPTV

HI, can anyone help me with creating IPTV for 10TV`s?
i need some solution for input 8channels from ASTRA satelite, decoder for ASTRA channels, DVT-T tuner and HDMI input and stream this 3 "inputs" to 10-15TV`s.
what HW can I use, what kind of SW do I need (if any)?
i try to find DD OCTOPUS. i dont know if this is good choise.

This forum is pretty much dead by the looks of it, and my guess is only a handful of people are actually using TVheaded. I wish I could help you, but I can't because I am a new user. That just said, I am going to try my part, by trying to get some configurations working using FreeBSD OS and will then post on the forum.

Actually there are a quite a few people using Tvheadend daily, the forum isn't quite dead just yet either, people DO reply if they have an answer.
