I can't currently find it, but this has been discussed during the sat>ip development for tvheadend and was not implemented, because that feature is very specific to the OctopusNet. In fact it was me asking for support of the internal CI slot, but in the end you are better off not using it for several reason:
1. Using the internal CI is not defined in SAT>IP. The Client should have the smartcard not the server. So this does not comply with any standards. On the other hand, giving the smartcard to the client doesn't make much sense in the world of tvheadend...
2. The internal CI can only descramble one stream, there is no multi transponder decryption available. This is an internal limitation by Digital Devices for legal reasons. Multi Channel on the same transponder is supported and they explain it here
http://support.digital-devices.eu/knowledgebase.php?article=143, but again this is of little use for tvheadend.
3. Oscam is supported by tvheadend and nobody really uses the internal CI.
4. The internal CI is not CI+ compatible and is of little use for offical CAM solutions. Third party CAMs are pretty expensive compared to Oscam + USB card reader + some time to figure things out.
5. You cannot access the menu of the internal CI.
You should get a USB card reader (got an omnikey, rock solid and less than 10 EUR on ebay) and get used to oscam. Much better solution.
