HDHomeRun SERVER support

Hi,

I suggest to add support for HDHR protocol in SERVER mode, not for use network tuners (client mode) like now. More or less is like current SAT>IP Server support, in which TVHE "emulates" a SAT>IP tuner. The idea is "emulate" one HDHomeRun device.

You think it's complex? If you need some inspiration, please, see this project of an HDHR Emulator:

Remember though there is only one main developer at present so it +will+ take time for this to see the light of day.
