Hello,
I have a couple of years behind since I own satellite dishes, so I am familiar with the stbs, enigma2 and linux.
Recently I've bought a DVBSky S960 tuner to hook it up to the raspberry, as I want to replace my enigma2 receiver with an all-in-one media center.
I've followed numerous turorials regarding tvheadend setup, managed to get it working, but I don't know how to set up a motorized dish, that has the positions stored (so no USALS).
The setup is simple. I have a LNB (with 2 outputs, but the other one goes into another room to a dm800), is going to a strong motor diseq 1.2 positioner (like this one:
http://www.mondoplast.ro/eng/Positioner-Strong-SRT-V50-pg_ft-856) and then to the dvbsky card.
What i don't know and didn't find info about is what shall I selct in the 'TV Adapters' section ?
I've set the LNB type to Universal, switch type to 'none' (as I don't have switches) and at the rotor type I have 'none', 'USALS' or 'GOTOx'. Now here I'm stuck, as on STBs normally I select diseq 1.2 and set USALS to 'no' and then I can enter the motor position, which was previously stored in the positioner.
Could you help me out with the setup ?
Thanks in advance!
