Hi Robin,
I believe you mean "AnySee E30 DVB-T tuner", right? Alysee is a Car.
On Wikipedia, I found this: "The national public television channels NPO 1, NPO 2, NPO 3 have been free until August 1, 2014 free-to-air. The regional public television channels are still available."
So you should at least be able to getsomething via DVB-T stick. If I were you, I would first try to get the free to air stuff working, even if they are broadcasting only shit. Then, I would know if my setup and my antenna and all the stuff is well. Finally, I'd rig up the equipment with an additional receiver (the one with SmartCard decoder reader), while trying to borrow a smartcard from friends or family. If this works, I'd purchase an own smartcard and done.
Even is AnySee is a cable tuner and you plan to switch over to DVB-C, I'd do the above named steps...
