I had a similar issue when adding muxes, some tuners will not work when certain values are set to AUTO, try deleting all the muxes and re add them using the correct frequency values.
I can't remember much about 3.4 (it's been that long since I used it) but try setting the Transmission Mode and Guard Interval.
From that link I think your values should be 64QAM, 32k guard and 3/4FEC for DTG-3.
