ProfYaffle There isn't a build for Utopic at the moment - change your sources.list to point to Trusty and you'll install okay. If you understand how a PPA is structured, you can also always download directly and install with dpkg: http://apt.tvheadend.org/stable/pool/main/t/tvheadend/ http://apt.tvheadend.org/unstable/pool/main/t/tvheadend/
