Query: Descrambling Complete Setup

Hi Team,

I am new to Descrambling. please suggest me about the following points:

1) Please suggest me the complete step by step guide to start with.

2) I am planning to buy card reader. Right now I have TBS 6985 card. Which card reader I shall opt:

a). Argolis Smargo Triple Reader With 3 USB Smartcard Readers

b). USB Smargo Smartcard Reader V2

c). TBS3102 5 Crystal Phoenix/Smartmouse Card Reader

What I have found from the description of Argolis is "No switches on programmer to select the desired mode, automatic frequency controll"

Is it really helpful or shall I buy "TBS3102 5 Crystal Phoenix/Smartmouse Card Reader"?

Also, please check these links, as the Service Providers in my region are providing their services with the following encryption system:

1) Conax
2) MPEG-4 VideoGuard

3) MPEG-4/HD Irdeto 2

Please confirm me:

Is dreambox a required hardware to make the complete descamblib setup working?

Right now I have the following Hardware/Software:

1) Ubuntu 12.04 LTS, with TvHeadEnd 3.9.XXXX installed and working fine.

2) TBS 6985 dvb-s card

3) Card Reader (Ordered online)

4) Oscam downloaded, but not sure how to configure and make it working

5) Dish TV smart card not sure about it configuration. As of now what I know is it supports CONAX encryption.

Please suggest me how to start with all these.
