Lines per page "All" doesn't work

Hi,

in pages which display many lines like for example

Configiuration->DVB Inputs->Services

Configiuration->Channel / EPG->Channels

I can select at the bottom right how many entries to show per page.

25, 50, 100, 200 work as expected

all doesn't work as expected but displays 50 entries / lines.

What do I have to do to make "all" to display all entries on a page, e.g. 1700 channels for Configiuration->DVB Inputs->Services in my case?

Try master - I've fixed this in commit:54de3dbc.
