Live TV over web UI doesn't work

I have noticed that the Live TV over web UI doesn't work for me.

I tried two different ways, over the "watch tv" button and over the html5 player.

Log for watch tv:

I am using Tvheadend 3.9.569~ge113c3b~wheezy.

What is wrong?

I have tried it with a new compiled version (3.9.788~g385c190) without any changes.

I am using IE 11, Firefox 27.01 and Chromium 35.0.1860.0 (253340).

I have noticed another detail, IE 11 doesn't open the Live TV player using "Watch TV" and the html5 player only show with IE a "good" error message "The video could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported.".
The other browsers only show "An unknown error occurred.".
