chr aic hi, I'm quite new to tvheadend, and I was wondering, how much cpu the descrambling process (tvheadend would be an oscam client) consumes. Are there any experiences out there, which cpu/ram I should use, in order to descramble 4 HD-streams at the same time? Is an Intel Atom CPU D525 (1,8 Ghz, Dual-Core) with 4 GB of RAM sufficient to do this? Which hardware configuration would you recommend. regards, christian

chr aic thanks for your answer ... looks like tvheadend is very resource saving. for me it's now quite clear, that my intel atom is powerful enough for my purposes
