Missing HD Channels

Tvheadend is not finding HD channels in Sydney, using Kworld UB499-2T T09(IT9137).

It finds all the muxes with all their available services, except for a few HD channels. It finds "One HD" on the Network 10 mux and also finds "SBS HD" on the SBS mux... but that's all. There should also be "Nine HD" under the Channel 9 Mux, "Seven HD" under the Chennel 7 mux and "ABC HD" under the ABC mux.

I never worried much about this in the past, but I've just upgraded to a 1080i tv and am keen to get this working. Any help figuring this out would be greatly appreciated.

I'm a long way from Sydney, so am reliant on Google - but it would seem that those channels aren't broadcasting any more?

Nine HD was replaced by GEM; Seven HD by 7Mate; ABC HD by ABC News 24.

I found it referenced in a couple of places, but these seem as comprehensive as any:

Now, you should be able to see those other channels, of course, so it's a different question if they're missing...
