I have successfully set up TVheadend serving Swedish Boxer (DVB-T) to several computors, raspberry pi and android tablets (all running XBMC as frontend) that exists in my household (4 kids means a lot of gadgets).
I know that swedish SVT1 broadcasts 5.1 surround and I have confirmed this by setting my boxer smartcard in a DVB-T box connected to my TV. But when I stream from TVheadend I only get MPEG2 Audio 2.0. This is true for all devises.
I have set output sound in xbmc to surround on my raspberry pi but that does not solve my problem. I have tried connecting VLC to tvheadend byt that only gets me 2.0 sound to.
Any Ideas where to look to solve this?
