How do I Install tvheadend on ubuntu 13.10 system?

I tried the following code to install it but was unsuccessful..

curl http://apt.tvheadend.org/repo.gpg.key | sudo apt-key add -
sudo apt-add-repository http://apt.tvheadend.org/stable sudo apt-get update

sudo apt-get install tvheadend

Is there a How To guide for this process?

There are no packages for Ubuntu 13.10 (Saucy Salamander) yet. It is however quite easy to build tvheadend from source. Check out this page: https://tvheadend.org/projects/tvheadend/wiki/Building
