writes to Syslog? On synology there is no /etc/default/tvheadend...

I've try find / -name tvheadend on synology:
/usr/local/tvheadend
/usr/syno/synoman/webman/3rdparty/tvheadend
/usr/syno/etc/packages/tvheadend
/root/.hts/tvheadend
/volume1/@appstore/tvheadend
/volume1/@appstore/tvheadend/share/tvheadend
/volume1/@appstore/tvheadend/bin/tvheadend
/var/packages/tvheadend
But nothing tvheadend configuration file...

What happens if you try a different PC or OS (inc. smartphone), or Opera or IE, what happens if you switch on incognito mode in Chrome or open a new private browser window in firefox? Do you have any addons that could be causing it? Do you have any URL scanning software (anti-malware/anti-virus) or a LAN proxy server?
I've tested with incognito mode in chrome and it's working fine. I've disabled all addons in Chrome and I don't have any anti-virus or Lan proxy.
