H264 and AC3 Continuity counter error ??

I get these errors in Tvheadend System log.
What do they mean ?

Most likely it's because of bad signal reception

Same thing. Signal is 100%. On windows everything is ok. Adapter: SkyStar HD2. Circular LNB.
Tvheadend 2.12.99~git20110521.8281379~odk2~natty

Edit: I found, that adding 4-5 Mhz to initial mux's frequency solves the issue. Also, when I add dvb-s muxes with original frequency, I get "No signal", but adding 4-5 Mhz to original frequency, I get 100% signal...
