Teun Florens Hello, Is there any way to switch on the inversion for a particular -transponder- mux? My Enigma2 box finds services on certain transponders which Tvheadend cannot. The difference seems to be "Inversion = On". I'm using HTS Tvheadend 4.2.9~pre+201911151752-0~built202006011817~git5bdcfd8~ubuntu18.04.1. TIA!
Saen Acro Switch to official build. 4.2.9~pre+201911151752-0~built202006011817~git5bdcfd8~ubuntu18.04.1 is not official build, its some one's build, make with unknown sources
Teun Florens Okay, I switched to the following build, but still no luck. HTS Tvheadend 4.3-1896~gce0907705 Some muxes show scan result as failed but still have a number in services column. No services from these seem to be mapped though. What am I missing here?
Teun Florens I followed all your instructions but many services are still missing. Also, I do not see an option to 'Pass specinv' anywhere in the Tvh. Do I need to build it differently to get that option?
Saen Acro There is option in tuner Pass specinv: Maby need to use higher level of view greater thenbasic
Teun Florens This is what I see. Does it have anything to do with the type of tuner? https://i.imgur.com/rt5c6BQ.png
Saen Acro Yon not use TRANSPONDER (DVB-S/S2) you use MUX (DVB-C) So show now problematic MUX settings
Teun Florens Alright, updated the title and post to avoid confusion. Is specinv available for DVB-S only? https://i.imgur.com/rw3q1nA.png

Teun Florens Yes! w_scan lists all the missing muxes and services. I still think inversion is the culprit. Is there any way to set "inversion = auto" in Tvh?

Flole For Tvheadend that is true, and since this is the Tvheadend Forum and we are talking a Tvheadend issue it should be clear that when I say that it doesn't show up on any other configuration that only refers to Tvheadend. Of course you can always write a software where such an option shows up when something else is selected, however for Tvheadend that is not the case.
Saen Acro So in TVH is set toAUTO By the way, there can be a problem with DVBAPI version mnagment over device.
