Those are plugins for web pages - there is no way you can "install" them per-se, they need to be included in the source code. A feature request "issue" might get the ball rolling.

Being passed about isn't very nice, it's just like being on the phone to a company and the script reader on the other-end says "you have the wrong department" & puts you in queue only to be sent back again after a long wait!
Libreelec has a lot more people than tvheadend does, you may sometimes find it can take days to get help here, mainly because we just don't have the people.
Don't ever feel ashamed of asking questions, even if basic! If people know they'll reply. :)
