Henk Schoneveld Hi everyone, I installed above version in a VirtualBox VM, host OSX El Capitan, and minisatip. The local time is GMT+1. When running time in the VM everything looks correct, OSX host has the correct time, TVHeadend on OSX/Firefox shows the correct time but recordings are 2 hours early. A show that's aired at 22:00 is scheduled to be recorded at 20:00. I'm unable to find a setting where things could be wrong, any help very much appreciated.
Henk Schoneveld Thanks for your answer. I've that setting is local server time, and that times are correct as I mentioned. UTC+1 is correct for me, but how is Summer/Wintertime handled ?
Henk Schoneveld As far as I can see changing this parameter doesn't have any effect, at least not on any already scheduled programs.
Robert Cameron That's because Tvheadend doesn't seem to update existing EPG entries. Try stopping Tvheadend, then deleting the epgv2.db file, then starting Tvheadend again. This will force it to update its guide from scratch, and not rely on any previous EPG data.
Robert Cameron I often find that Tvheadend's EPG remains stale and does not properly update changed entries that may already exist in its database. Forcing a fresh and clean update of the data seems to be the only so,union. Glad you got it figured out.
